NOTICE OF POLICY UPDATE

Effective July 1st, 2018, HouseHold Properties will be instituting a few new policies:

​

1) We do not accept any payment for rent that is less than the full amount owed.  If rent is owed and you make a payment to us against this policy, then you agree by the act of making this payment that this money

​

a) will be held in suspense in your security deposit account,

b) will be held as your refundable money, and

c) will not be applied to your rent until such time as all payments for the full balance due is received.

2) For every payment received from you that is less than the full balance due, a $25 accounting fee will be charged to you.

​

3) Any payments applied to your account will be applied to the oldest charges on your account first.
